Are you open on Saturday?
Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday-Friday and after hours service is available Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my RV for repair?
Absolutely. We generally order your vehicle’s parts at the time that we write the estimate, and schedule your vehicle for drop-off a couple of days later unless your vehicle is found unsafe to drive; in these cases, we would help you arrange for a rental vehicle as soon as possible. This enables us to provide a quicker turnaround time.
Do you have mobile repair?
Yes we offer a Mobile repair option that we send right to you!
How far can you travel?
We cover Southern Utah into parts of Nevada and Arizona. We have gone as far as Panguitch UT and Overton Nevada before. Give us a call and we can let you know!
Do you work on Fiberglass?
Yes we do! We work with all the local dealers on their collision repair and our own customers! We have repaired everything from Front Caps to the back corner of the RV!
Do you work with Insurance Companies?
Yes we work with all insurance companies and are very familiar with the process and can walk you through any questions!
Do you work with Warranty companies?
We work with all third party warranty companies. These are the ones you purchased that kick in after your coach is a year old! Manufacturer warranties are a different process. Please feel free to give us a call and we can walk you through your options.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call your insurance agent.
Is there a warranty on the repairs?
Yes. We guarantee all repairs with a Lifetime Warranty.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Of course, cash, insurance checks, and cashier’s checks are always welcome.
What is the Warranty Process?
Every company is different but the basic breakdown is: First we have to take a photo and diagnose the issue. Second we will submit our finding and recommendation to the warranty for approval. Third they will come back and state what they cover and what the customer covers. Once we have approval the repairs can begin.
What types of RVs do you work on?
We have seen them all from the Sprinter, Class A, toy hauler, Pop up, and even boats. We have been able to work on maintenance repairs on the RV components and collision repairs on each one!
How do I get an estimate?
Either we will have you bring the trailer in or we will send out our estimator. It will take one to two days to write the estimate and then we will email it for your approval. If needed we will inform you of additional time needed. While we write estimates off photos, seeing the damage in person ensures a more accurate estimate as customer photos can be misleading. Please note that estimates are given on collision work, if you are in need of a maintenance repair there will be a mobile fee to send out our tech.
What is the time frame on a collision repair?
This will all depend on the extent of the damage and availability of materials and parts. Please plan on us having it for a minimum of two weeks but up to eight weeks as each step has its process and can not be rushed. We will try and give you an estimated time when you drop off your RV.
